Jeff Thindwa is the Program Manager for the Global Partnership for Social Accountability in the World Bank’s Governance Global Practice (GGP). He joined the World Bank in 2000 as Sr. Social Development Specialist and held several positions in Social Development, the last being in the South Asia Region. In 2010 he joined the World Bank Institute to lead the social accountability team, later becoming Practice Manager. From 2014 he was Practice Manager for Open and Collaborative Governance in the GGP until July 2016 when he took his current position. Prior to joining the World Bank Jeff worked in government, private sector and civil society.
