Harilanto is the CIMSI/GPSA Project Manager at SAHA, Madagascar (2017-2021). Harilanto has 24 years of professional experience, including 20 years collaborating with rural communities and civil society within development projects and NGOs in Madagascar. He has acquired proven skills in participatory planning and participatory budgeting at the local level, project evaluation, capacity building, and institutional development. He was trained as an Agronomist Engineer, and holds an engineering degree from the Higher School of Agronomic Sciences of Antananarivo.
