Annamari Tornikoski is a Senior Adviser on Good Governance and Democracy at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland’s Department for Development Policy. Ms. Tornikoski has worked extensively on development, governance, and human rights. Most recently, Ms. Tornikoski’s work focused on constitutional issues with International IDEA in Myanmar, prior to which she managed UNDP’s governance program in Bhutan.
