Caroline Cassidy
Caroline is Director, Public Engagement, Strategic Communications at the think tank Capita. For two decades, she has worked in the think tank, global development and not-for profit sectors exploring how communications can help to shape our world for the better. Caroline previously set up and led the strategic communications team for the UK-based think tank ODI. She has also advised an array of organisations on policy engagement and communications including The World Health Organization, Open Society Foundations, Rodeemos el Dialogo, ALNAP, The OECD, and Oxford Policy Management. Caroline has also written multiple guides, articles and blogs for The Guardian, Oxfam’s From Poverty to Power blog, ODI, and the London School of Economics. She is also an Associate for the global change hub, On Think Tanks.
