Nigorai works as a Project Manager and Analyst for the Third Party Monitoring (TPM) of the Tajikistan Emergency COVID-19 (TEC-19) Project. Her involvement in the project began in March 2021. She is responsible for a number of activities: Monitoring Component 1 of the TEC-19 project using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods; Strengthening the capacity of NGO partners (through training and coordination, quality control, and providing feedback on the results of work performed); Actively engaged in the implementation of social accountability activities. She holds a master's degree in economics from the Technological University of Tajikistan and successfully completed a course at the Riga Graduate School of Law on "Project Management for Public Sector."
