Professor of public administration at the State University of Santa Catarina (Udesc), in Brazil. Leader of the research group Politeia: Co-production of the Public Good – Accountability and Governance. President of ICOM – Instituto Comunitário Grande Florianópolis, a community foundation based in southern Brazil. Member and supporter of several civil society organizations, academic networks and public commissions, including the World Bank Group’s Expert Advisory Council on Citizen Engagement, the 1st Plan Santa Catarina Open Government, Act4Delivery, and the National Council on Public Transparency and Combating Corruption (CTPCC/CGU).
