Positive Initiative

Constantin is the Director of the Advocacy Department at Positive Initiative, a Moldovan NGO. He has expertise in transparency and efficiency in the use of public funds; protection of rights and promotion of patients’ interests; development and implementation of advocacy campaigns; psychosocial, prevention, treatment, care and support in health services for key populations vulnerable to HIV. He has also work to ensure the voice of community in the elaboration of public policies, strengthen community systems and NGOs’ capacity building, and develop social business as a source of funding for NGOs.
