Saad Filali Meknassi is a Senior Social Accountability Specialist working on Africa and MENA. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University Mohamed V of Rabat in Morocco, and a Masters in International Financial Macrodynamics from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in France. He has over twelve years of experience working for international organizations and INGOs (World Bank, ILO, UNESCO, UNODC, OSF, WRI, TI and more). He worked both at headquarters and in the field developing and managing action research projects on social development, sustainability, governance, strategic social accountability, freedom of information, microfinance and business development. Saad speaks Arabic, French, English and Spanish.
